VoidBet respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what choices you have. This policy also includes the information required under the GDPR.

Information We Collect

When you create an account in VoidBet, we collect:

• Email address
• Password
• Unique username chosen by you

This information is required to create and authenticate your account.

Local Data Stored on Your Device

VoidBet stores the following information only on your device:

• Sessions
• Seeds
• Gameplay settings

This data never leaves your device. You cannot access it from another device. If you log out or uninstall the app, this local data is removed automatically.

What We Do Not Collect

• VoidBet does not collect gameplay statistics.
• VoidBet does not collect sensitive personal data.
• VoidBet does not request access to contacts, photos, device storage or similar permissions.
• VoidBet does not upload sessions, seeds or settings to any server.

Account Types: Basic and Pro

Basic Account

A Basic account gives access to the standard versions of all games and manual betting.

Basic users see ads delivered through Unity Ads.

Pro Account

A Pro subscription costs 9.99 USD per month.

Pro users receive the following benefits:

• No ads
• Ability to create sessions with statistics
• Autobet features for supported games
• Advanced Blackjack mode with custom rules and Card Counting

Subscription Renewal and Billing

The subscription is billed monthly through your device’s app store.

Payment is processed by the app store and VoidBet does not have access to your card information.

The subscription renews automatically every month unless you turn off auto renew in your app store account settings.

If you turn off auto renew, your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

When the paid period ends, your account returns to Basic and Pro features are locked again.

If you keep auto renew enabled, the app store will charge the recurring fee of 9.99 USD automatically each month.

VoidBet does not issue refunds for subscriptions. Any refund requests must follow the rules of the app store provider.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used only for:

• Creating and authenticating your account
• Verifying your Pro subscription status
• Displaying ads for Basic users through Unity Ads

VoidBet does not use your data for analytics or behavior tracking that profiles you personally.

Third Party Services

Supabase

Used for account creation, authentication and subscription verification.

Your email, password hash and username are stored securely in Supabase.

Unity Ads

Used to display ads for Basic users.

Unity Ads may collect device and usage data required for ad delivery, ad performance measurement and fraud prevention, in accordance with Unity’s privacy policy and your device settings.

VoidBet does not share your email, username or password with Unity Ads.

VoidBet does not sell or share your personal data with any other external parties.

Data Storage

Account related information is stored securely on Supabase servers.

Sessions, seeds and gameplay settings remain local on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Internet Connection

VoidBet requires an internet connection to:

• Log in to your account
• Verify your Pro subscription
• Load and show ads for Basic users

No other device permissions are requested.

Data Deletion and Effect on Subscriptions

You can delete your account at any time using the Delete Account button inside the app.

When you delete your account:

• All account data stored on our servers is permanently removed
• Local data on your device is deleted when you log out or uninstall the app
• Any active Pro subscription linked to your account will be lost immediately
• You will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining time in your subscription period

GDPR Information

If you are located in the EU or EEA, your personal data is protected under the GDPR.

Children’s Privacy

VoidBet is not intended for users who are under the legal age required by local laws for gambling simulation content.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Gambling Simulation Disclaimer

VoidBet is strictly a gambling simulator. The app does not use, accept or allow real money in any form. All balances, bets, winnings and losses shown in VoidBet are entirely fictional and have no monetary value. VoidBet replicates the mechanics of real life and online casino games for educational and entertainment purposes only.

All outcomes generated inside the app are purely random or result from the user selected seed, and do not predict or influence real world gambling outcomes. The performance of any strategy tested in VoidBet does not guarantee or imply similar results in real casinos, online gambling platforms or any other real money games.

VoidBet is not responsible for any financial losses, decisions or actions taken by users outside the app, including but not limited to gambling activities performed in casinos, betting websites, mobile apps or any other environment.
